Welcome to the BioGPS Blog. Why are we here? Primarily to keep our users up to date on our new gene portal, called BioGPS. Is it possible to download a whole-genome dataset of gene expression, as it was possible in SymAtlas?
In particular, your exon arrays data?
I did not found such option in BioGPS.

Thanks for your question. Right now, you can still download many of our posted data sets on the old SymAtlas downloads page. Sometime soon, this page will be moved over to the BioGPS site. The exon array data has not been posted yet, but we’d be happy to provide you the raw data if you email us at href=”biogps
